Can I use my property whenever I want?
Yes. Your property is still yours: block whatever dates you like for your own use with a single click in the app, and we manage the rest of the calendar.
What if my property doesn't have a tourist licence?
We'll sort it for you free of charge (along with the second-occupancy certificate) if it's possible to obtain one, and in the meantime we run legal lets. If your building or town doesn't allow it, we still make it pay through mid-term rental (stays of 11 nights or more, which don't require a licence) or long-term rental on an annual contract.
How often do I get paid, and how?

What if a guest causes damage?
The portals include damage cover and we also apply security deposits where appropriate. After every departure our team checks the inventory and makes sure everything is in order.
Do I have to live in the area?
No. Most of our owners don't live in Benidorm; many are from abroad. We take care of absolutely everything on your behalf and you can follow every booking from the app, wherever you are.
